Just push on the ambidextrous thumb stud or pull back on the blade protrusion and the knife is good to go. An S30V stainless-steel with Tungsten DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coating with Tiger Stripes provides extreme durability and wear and corrosion resistance. The Tungsten DLC coating enhances hardness and reduces friction drag. 3-D machined, G-10 scales provide a secure, all-weather grip. A 3/8-inch hex head pivot shaft nut makes field adjustments possible with minimal tools. Includes a quad mounting system for tip-up, tip-down, left- or right-handed clip carry.
